October 4, 2023 - Pharmachal has entered into a term sheet with TSX Venture Exchange listed company Kalon Acquisition Corp. ("Kalon") (TSX-V:KAC.P) as the first step towards a transaction that will transform Pharmachal into a listed company.
The transaction coincides with an exciting time for the company and will facilitate raising sufficient capital to register and launch a range of products, including NOPAYNE, as well as push forward with the collaboration with Rambam Health Care Campus in Israel to develop a 3-in-1, coagulation + anaesthesia + accelerated healing product that combines their proprietary peptide into the NOPAYNE formula.
